About the course:
The class will start with the explanation of how to choose and properly clean the seafood. After that our Chef, who has been raised and trained in Italy will teach you how to cook mussels and clams a truly Mediterranean way. We will make a perfect Marinara sauce, cook seafood in the oven and in a pan, just like any fisherman would do in Italy. Throughout the class you will learn how to cook mussles and clams as an appetizer, main course and pasta sauce.

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
