Pasta Class - March 2019

About the Course: 

Each student will prepare their own pasta dough then dive into noodles, shapes and sauces. In this class you will prepare the following recipes: 

  • Carbonara with Guanciale, Sweet Peas and Shaved Pecorino
  • Tomato Basil Sauce
  • Squash, Sage and Brown Butter Agnolotti

Level: beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.

Price: $125 + tax per person
