Knife Skills - October 2019

Brush up on those knife skills and enjoy the harvest season! 

We will cover how to properly open and cut a butternut squash and how to break down an onion for slicing and dicing. Our Chef will teach you how to transform a pork tenderloin into bacon wrapped medallions and how and which ingredients to cut and mix for a fresh salad to accompany. 

Sit back and enjoy a dessert while reviewing all you have learned! 

Each class participant will go home with a nice sharp Nella Knife! 

Menu: 

  • Squash and Bean Minestrone Soup 
  • Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Glaze 
  • Shaved Brussel Sprouts and Apple Salad 
  • Harvest Fruit Crostata 

Level: beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
