Join Liam Montgomery of Oyster Master Class for this interactive workshop. We will cover the need-to-know oyster basics (anatomy, biology, history), sauce pairings, oyster shucking demo, and hands-on practice. Each guest will get their very own take-home oyster knife, premium oysters for practice, and 1-on-1 coaching.
