As the first signs of Spring start to pop up, we all seem to perk up in excitment!
Warmer weather is on the way and so is- Asparagus, Rhubarb, Fiddleheads, Ramps, Peas and so much more!
Spring is a great time to be in the ktichen and to use as much local produce as possible.
In this class we will focus on local produce and simple delicious recipes featuring these ingredients.
- Asparagus Salad with Quick Pickled Ramps
- Spring Herb & Chicken Phyllo Pot Pie (vegetarian options)
- Rhubarb & Berry Galette with Chantilly Cream
- Equipment: Large Fry Pan or Saucepan, Baking Sheet, Parchment Paper, Rolling Pin,

Platform: Zoom, class will open 20-30 mins prior to allow ample time to get comfortable.
