Classic Pizza Making Class-SOLD OUT

In this class learn the essentials to master pizza at home!

From Pizza Stones, to Ooni Ovens, to Wood Fired, we will get you ready for a delicious pies!

We will cover the difference & ratio of fresh yeast vs dried yeast, different types of flour, hand stretched dough, using a pizza stone & paddle.

Each guest will make a fresh batch of dough & also make a fresh hot pizza to enjoy!

Each guest will take home 3 portions of dough!

We will also be cooking & demoing the Breville Pizzaiolo Oven with Limited Time
