Sheet Pan Pizza Class

In this class learn the essentials to master pizza at home!

From Pizza Stones to Ooni Ovens, to Wood Fired, we will get you ready for a delicious pie!

We will cover the difference & ratio of fresh yeast vs dried yeast, different types of flour, hand stretched dough, using a pizza stone & paddle.

Each guest will make a fresh batch of dough & also make a fresh hot pizza to enjoy!

Each guest will take home 3 portions of dough!  

 

Start off with:

Roasted Pepper and Tomato Bruschetta

as the Chef covers the details of class

Prepare your own:

Fresh Pizza Dough (some to take home too!)

Demo of Tomato Basil Sauce 

Demo of Classic Bechamel Sauce

Create your own:

Sheet Pan Pizza with a variety of toppings to choose to from & enjoy!

Finish off after all your hard work with:

Chef's Seasonal Dessert

After class you will take home a Sheet pan to make more pizzas at home!

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice

Price: $135 + tax per person
