RETURN POLICY

All classes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Participants may withdraw from their class up to 48 HOURS in advance, and a credit for a future class will be issued. Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the participant will not be able to cancel but may:

  1. Send someone in their place
  2. Forfeit 100% of the class fee

 

REGISTRATION

Full payment for each class is required at the time of registration to ensure your spot in the class.

Please inform us of ALL ALLERGIES and dietary restrictions.

If a class is sold out, please inform us if you would like to be placed on our waitlist. If a spot opens up, we will contact you and accept payment at that time.

Classes may be cancelled if there is an insufficient number of participants.

We reserve the right to alter the menu in accordance with product availability.

 

NO-SHOWS

If a participant fails to show for the class, no credit is offered and there is no make-up class.

 

CLASS CONFIRMATION

Participants are responsible for remembering the date and time of their scheduled class.

 

GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION

Please arrive around 15 minutes before your class begins (or earlier) to get settled in and to ensure that the class starts on time.

You can enjoy a 15% discount on most store items (excluding selected merchandise).

Note: We are NOT a nut-free environment.

For your safety, closed-toe shoes are required footwear.

Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or cologne as a courtesy to others in the class – smell is an integral part of the tasting process, and we want all our students to enjoy the flavours and aromas created by the food they create!

Please set your cell phone to vibrate or turn it off altogether during the class.  If you do need to take a call, step out of the kitchen so that others in the class can listen to any important instructions or directions.

Our kitchen is located on the second floor of our building, and is not wheelchair accessible.

Free parking is available behind the store. Ask for details!
