Candied Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 cup raw green pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
Place pumpkin seeds, sugar and maple syrup in a large sauté pan. Place over medium high heat and cook, stirring occasionally until sugar is melted.
Immediately, pour out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread out using a wooden spoon. Once the sugar is cool and hardened, break up any large chunks of seeds.
