Agenda: Evening Hands-On Cooking Class
Guests arrive and mingle with cocktails and nibbles in our Reception Area adjacent to the Kitchen.
|7:00pm||Guests are seated in the Kitchen. The Chef will begin by welcoming the group, describing the menu, and explaining how the event will run.|
|7:15pm||Guests will be divided into teams and begin hands-on cooking!|
|8:30pm||Group moves into dining room, to relax and enjoy!|
|9:00pm||Dinner is plated by teams and served.|
|10:00pm||Wrap up, Cappuccino and Espresso served on the Main Floor.|
Before and after the event, guests are invited to shop and enjoy a 15% discount on all regular-priced retail merchandise, and 10% off all regular-priced appliances.
Our classes usually run from 6:30-10:30pm, however, are usually able to accommodate any time depending on your agenda - please advise. We have a minimum of 8 participants needed in order to run a private event.
This includes a Four Course Meal prepared by our team of chefs and your group, chef instruction with hands-on cooking, recipes packages via email, sparkling and flat water, and all other non-alcoholic beverages.
We require all groups to obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO if they want to consume alcohol. This application takes 7-14 days minimum, and must be submitted to any Toronto LCBO. Special Occasion Permit must be obtained by client, regardless of wine pairing choice.
Wine, Beer, or service of other Spirits is additional, and there are three basic options:
- Sommelier Service - Our sommelier will be on hand to pair, serve and introduce each wine.
- Wine Pairing – We will pair and purchase wine for your menu.
- BYO - Purchase your own under your Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO at no additional charge.
