Join our preserving interactive demo class and leave with Marisa's latest "preserving by the pint" book.

For people that live in the city and have tiny kitchens; for parents who want to get their young kids involved in canning, but can't keep short attention spans focused for more than ten minutes; for gardeners with postage-stamp-size plots and for farmers' market regulars; and for anyone who wants to dip a toe into the world of food preservation.

Marisa will demo a jam, while attendants will prepare and take home a jar of pickles.
