About the course:
With the new year, it comes the hopes of having a better and healthier lifestyle, but such changes are only sustainable if you can treat yourself every once in a while. This course aims to teach how to prepare desserts that are completely tasty, but includes a few tweaks to make them compatible with a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
● Chocolate, hazelnut and buckwheat cake (gluten-free)
● Carrot-date muffins (dairy-free, no added sugar)
● Mango cobbler (egg-free)
● Pistacchio and olive oil cakes (gluten-free and dairy-free)
Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
Price: $125 + tax per person
