St. Valentine's Dinner (date night) - Feb 2018

About the Chefs:

Valentina Giorcelli, originally from Italy, studied at the prestigious cooking school “La Cucina, Italiana”, then continuing her education at the famous Gualtiero Marchesi Academy in Milan – The International School of Italian Cuisine. She has been teaching cooking skills in Italy and now as a Corporate Chef at Nella Cucina. 

Our super talented guest Chef Bruna Gomes is from the famous culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Originally form Brazil, she traveled the world learning new recipes and techniques and now she is here to amaze you with her incredible skills. 

About the course:

A date night, with your significant other or a special friend ;-). You will be working in couples creating and eating a delicious menu with a sip (or two..) of wine on us!

Menu:

●     Pernod Marinated Olives

●     Frisee aux Lardon Salad served with Champagne-Dijon Dressing and Poached Egg

●     Savory French Toast served with Grilled Asparagus, Hollandaise Sauce and Shaved Ham

●     Explosion D'Amour (Explosion of Love - the dessert in the picture)

Level: beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.

Price: $250 + tax per couple - includes hands on experience, dinner and wine
