St. Valentine's Dinner (date night) - Feb 2018

About the Chefs:

Valentina Giorcelli, trained and imported from Italy, is the resident chef here at Nella Cucina. Granddaughter, culinary speaking of the grand Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi. 

Our super talented Bruna Gomes, from the prestigious culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She travelled the world and now she is here to amaze you with her incredible skills. Did I mention that she is from Brazil? Super fun!

About the course:

A date night, with your special other or a special friend ;-). What's more romantic that a night in Paris... You will be working in couples creating and eating a delicious menu with a sip of wine or two on us.

Menu:

●     Pernod marinated olives

●     Frisee aux lardon salad served with champagne Dijon dressing and poached egg

●     Savory French Toast served with grilled asparagus, hollandaise sauce and shaved ham

●     Explosion d'amour (Explosion of love - the dessert in the picture)

Level: beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.

Price: $250 + tax per couple - includes hands on experience, dinner and wine
