Our super talented Bruna, from the prestigious culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She travelled the world and now she is here to amaze you with her incredible skills. Did I mention that she is from Brazil? Super fun!

About the course:

Eclairs is the new pastry trend around the world. They are made with a very versatile base, called 'Pate a Choux', which can be baked into different shapes and sizes but also can be either sweet or savory.

●     Chocolate Cream Puffs 

●     Strawberry-Pistachio Eclairs

●     Salmon Cream Cheese Puffs 

Level: beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
