About the course:
There is a famous French saying, “le soufflé n'attend pas, on attend le soufflé” (the soufflé doesn’t wait, we wait for the soufflé). These are soft, airy and very delicate pastries that can be done either sweet or savory but must be eaten right away. This course will show the proper techniques to make perfect soufflés every time.
● Vanilla Soufflé
● Chocolate Soufflé
● Grand Marnier Soufflé
● Cheese Soufflé
Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are demonstrated, then students follow suit. All recipes have to be baked at the same time, in order to make sure the soufflé will not deflate.
Price: $125 + tax per person
