About the Class:
Here, at Nella Cucina, our Corporate Chef will teach everything you need to know about pizza. In this class you will learn the difference between dry yeast and fresh yeast and how to properly use it, the theory of flour and the folding theory. You will make your own pizza dough to take home and you will also create your own pizza with a variety of toppings and sauces.
Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
