Israeli Style Charred Eggplant with Tahini, Herbs, Pomegranate and Garlic
Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini and Pomegranate Seeds
Kale, Napa, Sweet Potato Salad with Labneh and Beet Tahini
Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
