This session we will dive more into technique. Learn tips and tricks for entertaining guests or simply for weeknight meals. These recipes can easily be transformed to suite your personal taste buds!

In this session we will make-

• Demo of Classic Beef Tartar with Crostini and tasting
• Fish en Papillote - learn to fillet a fish and turn it into a delicious, healthy, easy meal!
• Saffron & Vegetable Rice Pilaf - learn how to build a fragrant and delicious side to Fish en Papillote
• Chef’s Inspired Dessert to finish class!
