- Fish en Papillote - learn to fillet a fish and turn it into a delicious, healthy, easy meal!
- Saffron & Vegetable Rice Pilaf - learn how to build a fragrant and delicious side to Fish en Papillote
- Chef’s Inspired Dessert to finish class!
