Our Corporate Chef will teach you everything you need to know about pizza. In this class you will learn the difference between dry yeast and fresh yeast and how to properly use it, the theory of flour and the folding theory. You will make your own pizza dough to take home and you will also create your own pizza with a variety of topping and sauces using the Breville Pizzaiolo Oven!
Each guest will also get a FREE pizza stone, chrome oven-to-table rack, and pizza cutter!!
