- Dice your way through a 'Beet' Tartar with Goat Cheese, Hazelnuts & Herbs
- Slice & Segment your way through a 'Grapefruit, Avocado & Mint Salad'
- For dessert take the skills learned to prepare a delicious 'Fruit Salad' with a 'Cardamom & Vanilla infused Syrup'
