In this class learn the essentials to master the iconic Chicago Deep-Dish pizza at home!

We will cover the difference & ratio of fresh yeast vs dried yeast, different types of flour, and the unique ingredients that makes the Chicago Deep-Dish unlike any other.

Each guest will make a fresh batch of dough to take home, then make their very own deep-dish pizza to enjoy!

Fresh Deep-Dish Pizza Dough
