To Start We Will Make:

Malfatti (Ricotta Dumplings) in a rich Tomato basil Sauce

Then dive into the preparation of:

Fresh Hand Rolled Garganelli

With a Bacon, Sweet Pea and Cream Sauce

Then Sit Back for a Classic Dessert:

Seasonal Chef Dessert
