As Chef talks about some key point of class

Then dive into the preparation of:

 Whole Chicken Butchery

Then Chef will guide you through Searing the Chicken and making a White Wine Shallot Sauce

Then Sit Back for a Classic Dessert:

Phyllo Pastry Custard Tarts
