Join Chef Gabriele Paganelli as he teaches you how to make pasta from scratch, as well as homemade sauces to go with it. Work individually, under the guidance of the Chef to prepare various forms of fresh pasta and pasta sauce. Then learn how to cook and store it before you package it up to take home with you.
