Get back to basics and Join Chef Angie MacRae as she guides you through the preparation of basic stocks and sauces that can then be used as the base to a variety of meals. Work individually to prepare your own stocks and sauces then pack them up to take home with you, along with a booklet of recipes and tips on how to use them.
